PERSONAL STRENGTHS

• I am versatile with multimedia design with 8 years of professional application & experience. I love converting dull graphic details into attractive and dynamic material for an intended target audience, I can work in a team environment or independently with minimum amount of supervision.

 

• I have the ability in print/web content development as editor for several publications. I have a desire for maintaining high levels of productivity under stress in a fast-paced working environment.

 

• I posses comprehensive knowledge in computing and information technology, and has done several interactive application presentations for companies to promote their products and services.

 

• I assert leadership, when requried, managing my teams performance and milestones, while motivating them to strengthen, and resolve conflicts within a team, or a client for projects which involve, tight datelines, crucial milestones, and meeting clients requirements.

Game Designer and Storyboard Artist

With Sherman3D.com Design Draft and Storyboard of Games before its implementation and iteration for clients. 

 

Project Team Manager -With a leading managerial role of Sherman3D as Art Director and its team of Artist and Game Programmers, while developing Relationships within our clientèle, in making our work and response accountable, while listening to what the clients need and gather the teams feedback, which allows internal transparency for the team to work more efficiently, while building support for future development and growth for both the client and the team.

 

Gecko Studio’s Project Manager, in providing clients with a timely update on tight dateline projects, while allowing buffered time for or developers to cope with heavy workflow, without compromising dateline deliverables.

 

Volunteer Experience & Causes

Education Speaker @ Saito College Sdn Bhd Since 2012

I speak on the importance of Multimedia Design and the effects it has in its Industry, whereby throughout history how fast it changes and the nature of it can define us, as a community, and as an individual. Generally invited to speak to the students at Saito College, to prepare them for real world scenarios and what to expect when they begin their journey into the working world.

 

Freelance Software Trainer 

• Contracted Adobe Suite Trainer for Politeknik Muadzam Shah - Pahang 2013 for 2 Weeks Full Suite CS 6 with MLST (M) Sdn. Bhd.

• Contracted Trainer for Archnet Training and Development Sdn. Bhd. and Pentawise Sdn. Bhd. during end year overflow projects. Has trained the following; Adobe CS Suite CS6 and Microsoft Office Suite, Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint. (Versions covered, from MS O- 2003, 2007, and 2010)
